ABOUT ME
Throughout my life, I have been fascinated by the technology that runs our everyday lives. At an early age, I began reassembling computers, cars, and various gadgets to better understand how they worked. This curiosity eventually paved the way for me to pursue a career in engineering. From designing 700+ horsepower race cars, to creating software used by over a thousand engineers, and authoring over 10 peer-reviewed journal publications, here is a collection of my professional and personal experiences. If you're interested in learning more about my career highlights and accomplishments, keep reading or get in touch!

PROJECTS
What I Do On The Side
SKILLS
What I Applied
CY PRINTING STUDIO
www.cyprinting.co
In 2014, I bought my first 3D printer for fun and began sharing my projects on social media. In 2017, I decided to take this to the next step and built my first website, CY Printing Studio. CY Printing Studio allows me to provide 3D printing services upon request and lets me share my 3D printed projects with the world. These projects combine CAD design, microcontroller integration, FDM printing techniques, as well as love and dedication to the craft.

What People I Worked With Say
Eddy Sharp
e-Xstream Engineering - Aerospace Business Consultant
"I have worked with Chris Yeung as both a customer and a colleague, and I he's been one of the most competent, enthusiastic, professional people I've ever had the privilege of working with. I was his customer, when I was a manager at the Boeing Co. and Chris was working with the MSC materials data management team to help us modernize our systems. His dedication to customer service was excellent, and he took the time and effort required to understand our business and our needs."
Hanson Chang
MSC Software - Sr. Lead Application Engineer
"Chris has been instrumental in the development of MSC’s MaterialCenter software. He utilized his background in metallic and composite materials to manage, guide and mature MaterialCenter into a material data management system our customers love. Chris works well with software developers as well as field application engineers like myself. His intelligence and enthusiasm makes him a great product manager and colleague. I highly recommend Chris for any endeavor he chooses to pursue."
Nicole Drake
MSC Software - Marketing Specialist
"While working with Chris he demonstrated his ability to effectively communicate our solutions among our peers and customers. His technical expertise is unparalleled and proved invaluable on the projects we worked on together. I was particularly impressed to see him tackle any challenge head on with poise and confidence, no matter how difficult the situation was. Chris is a team player and would be a valuable asset in any setting."
Talha Amir
MSC Software - Product Designer
"I worked as a user experience designer underneath Chris and it is his leadership skills that made it an invaluable experience. As a product manager, Chris excels in not only laying out road maps, but executing on them as well. Because of this vision, he expects high quality. However, whenever obstacles arise, Chris does not panic. Instead, he understands the issues at hand and remains flexible. While I was concerned about making tight deadlines, Chris was steadfast and kept encouraging us in a positive and constructive manner. I am proud to say that Chris is not only my work mentor, but a good friend as well. He knows how to straddle the line between being professional and personable."
